At the "Sunday meeting with EO & MLA" meeting held today, these high-priority issues were discussed with EO, MLA, Panchayath Engineer and other officials. We have been given assurances that issues will be given priority and we should see results soon. Tambaram S R RAJA MLA has also assured us a dedicated meeting with the collector Mr.Ponniah, to discuss these issues in the coming days. some instant decisions were made, such as funds for muthulakshmi nagar well cleanup, fixing pachaimalai rain inlets, desilting drains. We will follow-up on those. Needless to say, Congratulations to all of us, who spent 3 hours on a beautiful Sunday at Panchayath, discussing these topics. We need more of our chitlapakkam residents to come out of their homes and join us. Questioning is the only way for finding answers, from a government engine that was left to rust for many years.
